Apple Narrow The Possibility Of Purchasing Patent Samsung HTC

Detail of a peace agreement between Apple and HTC have been targeted by Samsung last week to pave their step in reversing a court order blocking a number of their products in the U.S.. Although Samsung has been permitted by the courts to access the deal, Samsung seems to have ruled out one of the easiest solutions to solve their war with Apple, HTC is to acquire.

Alternative acquisition HTC appears that Google previously has been used this way in acquiring Motorola Mobility. The main purpose of the acquisition is to use a shield with Motorola's portfolio of patents from other companies the possibility of lawsuits.

Moreover, given the current financial situation HTC has continued to lose money during the second quarter of last and the more-powerful smartphone manufacturer Samsung as a company selling via the Galaxy S III, then it is not something that can not be right?

However, chances have run aground, as an agreement between Apple and HTC to include a special clause that would invalidate the agreement between the two, if one company (in this case HTC) acquired by another company (probably Samsung).

License agreement between HTC and Apple can indeed be transferred to a new company that acquired one of the parties, but provided that the company is getting approval from both HTC and Apple. But the license may not be approved by Apple and not...?
